Dr. Malvin Finkelstein, O.M.D., L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. has been practicing acupuncture and Oriental medicine for more than 30 years in Eugene, Oregon. He has taught acupuncture, acupressure, qigong and MPT in the U.S. and Europe and is the author of two books and a qigong DVD. He is currently writing another book: Qigong for Postural Alignment. Malvin is the chairperson of the Oregon Board of Medicine's Acupuncture Committee on which he has served for 20 years; former chairperson of the NCCAOM and the NQA (National Qigong Association); and former president of the PSO (Pain Society of Oregon) and the OAA (Oregon Acupuncture Association).
